Drawing upon over 20 years of experience as a contractor, owner, and owner’s representative, Dave brings a unique advantage to his clients by understanding and anticipating project needs and requirements to be successful.

Dave has worked in a wide variety of markets and product types, skillfully managing the planning, design, and delivery of capital projects and tenant improvements. He is a strong leader who delivers projects with technical mastery and expertise. Prior to founding APM, Dave was a Construction Manager at Hines. Dave hold a Bachelor in Science in Construction Management from Purdue University.
